Subject: Unable to receive SMS verification code – request for manual verification or phone number change
Dear MQL5 Support Team,
My name is Pengji Sun, and I am trying to complete the seller registration process on the MQL5 Market. However, I am unable to receive the SMS verification code on my phone number ([your country code + phone number]).
I have tried multiple times over the past few days, checked my phone's SMS blocking settings, and also attempted to use different browsers, but the code never arrives.
To verify that I am a genuine trader and EA developer, here is the link to my live trading account on Myfxbook:
As you can see, my EA has been running live for two months with a +39% return and a maximum drawdown below 5%. I am serious about selling my EA on the MQL5 Market.
Could you please help me either:
1. Manually verify my identity and activate my seller account, or
2. Change my registered phone number to an alternative one (I can provide a Google Voice number or another number that can receive SMS), or
3. Send the verification code via voice call instead of SMS?
I am happy to provide any additional documents (e.g., ID photo, live trading statement) if needed.
