请问我无法访问本网站，显示403forbidden，百度说是ip被列黑名单，我无所适从，我无意做坏事，求助版主或朋友帮助，如何解决？
当我用自家的WiFi时无法进入本站，而拿着ipad到外面用别人的WiFi却可以进入本网站

Restart your router/modem together with your computer (restart = close and open once again).
Your IP will be changed and you will not be blocked (in case you are on dynamic IP).
