Did you have latest build of MetaTrader 4 Client Terminal? See Updated MetaTrader 4 build 207 from 25 Jul 2007
Unfortunately, we made a mistake in build 207 that occurred at generation of an error tick on large timeframes (H1, H4, Daily) at “Every tick” modelling.
The error occurred when using a certain configuring of a 1-minute bar having the 6-tick volume.
This error has already been fixed in a new version to be downloaded from: http://www.metatrader4.com/files/mt4setup.exe. Official build 208 will be released in several days.
Please have our apologies for this error. Thank you all for discussions and for your help in bug tracking.
yes , my version is build 207
for test, price data is calculated from model, not only histroy record.
and, open and close same order at same bar is possible in test, but not in realworld.
that is mean back test is not correct? we can't trust it?

I have downloaded history Data from FXDD demoserver. but I don't think these history data is correct . sometime ticket price skip very high and beyond real K bar, that make my test is not correct.
below is data I download from FXDD demoserver by the way you introduce
this pic show tester place a lot order out the H1 bar ,why? and almost all history data downloaded all like that !
