行情理解：市场由震荡（70%）和单边（30%）组成，交易就是一个应对行情单边和震荡的艺术，处理好了这种变化，就能无往不利。
操作理解：在操作层面上看，要想获利有两个东西是比较重要的，一是入场位置，这决定了你入场是否占优势，如果入场就不占优势，那么可能一开始就错了，盈利就会变得及其困难，不是被套就是在解套的路上，被动。第二是趋势的判断，是震荡还是单边，震荡行情需要判断的是震荡结构是否完好，有没有被突破；单边就需要判断行情处于趋势的前、中、后的什么阶段（这决定了加减仓的时机）。
仓位管理：轻仓可以说是资金管理的核心，这里包含两层意思，一是初始仓位轻，第二是加仓严谨，在操作过程中尽量避免不利仓位的增加，对冲或顺势加仓都可能用到。
重仓危害如下：
1、无法通过时间和行情的变化让更多的优势利用起来，往往就赌一波行情，孤注一掷并不能通过长期的概率优势为投资者产生复利价值。
2、重仓可以让盈利的策略变亏损策略，如果盈亏概率一样，每次亏损50%后需要赚100%才能回本，这样就会导致长期投资必定亏损完（不知道凯利公式的一定要去了解下，资金管理经典）。
3、重仓会导致投资者纠结于输赢，而忽视了行情的发展，直接导致严重的判断失误，加速失败的到来。
4、重仓会导致严重的患得患失心理，从而无法长期持仓，进而导致频繁交易，频繁交易直接大幅提升交易成本了。如果交易成本占到了10%甚至20%，这将明显加大盈利难度，需要极高的胜率和盈亏比去覆盖才行，而实际投资中我们能做到微弱的概率优势就非常不容易了。
