Purpose: Identifies Control Points (CP) — local extremums (fractals) on the chart. Upper CPs are local highs, lower CPs are local lows. Displayed on the chart as diamond markers. No-Repaint: The indicator does not repaint. A CP at bar i is only confirmed when all bars in the window [i − BarsBefore, i + BarsAfter] are closed. The forming (current) bar is never evaluated.
