1. Увеличиваем точность расчета времени с минут на секунды.
2. Изменения в пользовательских параметрах:
+ Wait before the news (sec) - время ожидания до выхода новостей для выставления ордеров (в секундах)
+ Time slip performance before (sec) - проскальзывание времи ожидания до выхода новостей (в секундах)
+ Time slip performance after (min) - проскальзывание времи ожидания после выхода новостей (в минутах)
3. Добавлена возможность установки ежедневных новостей в установленное время.
4. Изменения в пользовательских параметрах:
+ News Everyday (ON/OFF) - новости каждый день (ДА/НЕТ)
+ Time News Everyday - время ежедневных новостей (часы:минуты)
5. Доработка функций проверки ошибок.

При тестировании использовалась доступная версия системы.
Ваша статья описывает использование отдельно взятой программы для тестирования .
Комиссию можно учитывать, введя её в величину спреда.
В моём методе используются реальные котировки без моделирования.
