TRADING PHILOSOPHY
Portfolio over single EA. One bot is not a trading plan — it's a psychological trap disguised as a strategy. Multiple strategies supporting each other is how you actually stay in the game.
Controlled risk, not zero risk. Every system has losing periods. The difference is whether drawdown is managed with clear stop-losses and defined limits, or whether it's a grid praying for a reversal.
Recovery is more dangerous than drawdown. The urge to "get back to break-even" destroys more accounts than the drawdown itself. My systems are built knowing that.

Yesterday I let Alpha Pulse run for a few hours. I risked ~$90 per trade and finished the day at +$419. What impressed me most wasn’t the PnL, it was the behavior: very precise entries and several “stay out” decisions that saved noise trades. Small sample, but the read felt right.

• 100% automatic entries with clear reasoning
• One-trade-per-idea across symbols (no duplicates)
• Selective by design, it will sit out when conditions are bad
• Minimum ATR floor to stops so the AI can’t “snipe” too tight

⚡ DoIt Alpha Pulse AI — gpt-5-mini scalping build (screenshot)
Really excited to share this. The last 3 entries you see in the screenshot were 100% automatic. The AI reasoning is clear, the entries are justified and line up with structure/volatility. This is starting to feel real.
🧪 What’s locked in vs. still refining
✅ Scalping logic (gpt-5-mini): strong reads, clean entries, rationale & invalidation explained.
✅ One trade per idea: prevents duplicates across symbols.
🔧 AI-driven SL management: good, but I’m tightening it with a minimum ATR floor so it doesn’t “snipe” too close (and to guard against any model hallucination).
🔜 First public version is very close. I’m excited.
🌍 Goal: one flexible ai trading engine for FX, indices, and Gold EA (XAUUSD) — improving as the underlying models improve.

Quick dev log from today:
✅ All OpenAI models wired in
I’m now routing tasks across multiple models (analysis vs. execution notes, etc.). This makes the output more consistent without overpaying for every call.
✅ “Trading Idea” tracking is finished
Signals are grouped by idea, and the EA enforces one trade per idea across symbols. Cleaner risk, fewer duplicates.
✅ Prompt-cost tracking added
I’m now measuring AI cost per decision / per trade / per day so the system stays practical for real accounts (not just a cool demo).
📈 Quality jump with the latest models
The analysis is clearer and more usable: entry rationale, invalidation level, and news context come through without me hand-holding. Big step forward from a few months ago.
