Attached SYTG EA to EU H1 (with your set file) and all looks normal, no errors in Journal or Expert, except there is no on-chart status information.

I attach SYTG EA to GBPUSD and EA information (dashboard) appears. No errors, EA trading normally.

I have the best robot operates on currency pairs GBPUSD and GBPJPY. 

For normal display you need to CommentCount >= 10
