Those are the pivot or its support & resistance levels. Which lines do you mean exactly?

I would like to move over to MT5 do i have to buy this again or can i use it on MT5 as well.

This is MT4 only. At this time there are no plans for a MT5 version.

I would also like alert options.  I would like an alert for when it crosses over previous month's support/resistance.  

I'm bummed to see that was requested 3 years ago, but it still hasn't been added into the code.
