what setting should I choose for the MA Price: applied price (O,C,H,L, Median typical or weighted) if I want an alert as soon as price touches an exponential MA please?

Also would you please explain what "Minimum gap between MAs in pips" mean? Does it mean that if I specify , say, 5 pips, an indicator will alert me when Price is 5 pips away from the chosen MA?  ( With the "Signal triggered at the closed bar" set to false of course).

'MA Method: averaging method' =  Exponential

Hi Rita, 'MA Price: applied price' is only used to set the price used by the Moving Average. It's the same setting that you have when you use 'Moving Average' indicator. Hope this helps you. Best regards,

I bought this indicator. Works great on "standard "charts . However, on RENKO charts it keeps giving a signal every several seconds, continuously, as follows:

BUY Signal at GBPUSD.sb 2 timeframe is not available

The crossover arrow shows fine, just this continuous message.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for your interest in our indicator. Indeed it's activated to be downloaded as a demo. The process to download it is the same used by any other tool sold here in MQL5 market. We are responsible for any issue related to the indicator but anything related to the MT4 terminal or MQL5 market (e.g.: purchase process, problems to download the tool, etc.) must be reported to MQL5 support cause we have no enough control or access to check that kind of reports.

Regarding the video we took note of your suggestion. Nevertheless this is an indicator that works in a straightforward manner. Don't hesitate to ask us if you have any specific doubt about how it works.
