I didn't find a way to keep in touch, but please fix the bug in your product. If you save a chart with calculator as default, when you try to open the template, it just do not work and even if you try to remove and add again, it has issue.

Thanks for purchasing the product but please note that template is a functionality provided by MT4 and not the indicator. If you are able to load the indicator from the navigator and it works perfectly, then any issues with templates should rather be raised with Metaquote. In as much as I understand the issue you have raised, it is not for me to fix because it's not a functionality of the product but rather of the platform. If you want to discuss this further, please send me a private message and I will clarify further. I hope you understand my standpoint.
