1) Place orders 3-5 second before high important news. Thus you will be protected if price will be moved very far before high important news will be released and price will be able to trigger your orders mistakenly.

2) Collect statistic with volatility of specific type of news.

3) Trade high important news with 30 pips volatility average according to your statistic (10 pips for entry, 5-10 for slippage and other for profit).

4) Trade news only with specific data. The most volatile news are: NFP, CPI, GDP, Unemployment Claims, Interests Rate (Look to forex factory news calendar to get know time of news https://www.forexfactory.com/calendar).
