The interface looks a bit iffy on my terminal, see below. Also, I cannot close the trade I have opened on my demo account (invalid volume when I attempt to close the trade with the terminal. If i click on the tool to close the trade, there is no reaction). I have deleted the tool and reinstalled it twice on a new chart, without success. Any advice? It might just be my configuration or just bad luck, It is a very nice tool and I would like to get it working.

ok, my bad, wrong screenshot. The order placement now seems to work. But I cannot move the SL and TP lines. What do I have to do to be able to do that as shown in the video? Also, is there a way to adjust the size of the tool to take care of the cramped appearance?

You have increased fonts in your windows system, so just go to EA settings and decrease "Font Size" param to get better look :)

Please check "Experts" tab see any directly message from Trade Manager.

I would like to fine tune the stop by dragging the SL line on the chart, same goes for the TP line. Is this possible, and if yes, how can I do this?

Just double click on line to activate it and than you can freely dragging lines.

If you want to modify order via Trade Manager, you must select order from list and than you can make modification.

In the 1st step, please check if you have autotrading turned on in MT5:

If you need to move line, double click on the line left mouse button and than move it.

Forex Trade Manager works also on Index-CFDs. If you notice any problems with the program operation, please send more information (screenshots are welcome) in private message.

Probably it is cause by too short stop loss. Each instrument has parameter "Stops level" set by the broker. It means, that SL or TP can't be set closer to price than "Stops level". 

To read "Stops level" click the right mouse button on selected symbol in "Market watch" (1), select "Specification" (2) and read value (3):

If SL or TP has invalid distance (too close) than it isn't set and it shows error 130 (you should see it in log file; "Experts" tab in metatrader).

In the one of the next Trade Manager update we will add message with warning when SL or TP will have invalid value.

Currently partial closing levels are not visible on the chart but it will be done in the one of the future update of Trade Manager.
