Hi guys,

Is it normal for this indicator not to show any visuals on the charts and only alerts? When I drag the indicator to the chart there are no MA's showing on the chart. Please help.

Yes that is correct. What kind of information would you like to see? If possible, I could include it in the next release of this scanner.

Hi Victor,

Maybe an arrow/dot where the 3 MA's cross/line up in same direction, (big red dot for good sell, small red dot for ok to sell, depending on difference in the MA's), indicating very good or not so good moments to enter the market, like you have it on your first pic. If possible? Thanks Viktor!

A new version is released with new features, based on requests from multiple persons.

The new version will have the following additional features:

There is now a dashboard available. This is a new feature to show the latest alerts on the chart. When you click on an alert, it will open a new chart for the applicable symbol and time frame. You can turn it on or off in the settings, you can also change colors and define how many alerts you want to see.
Ability to clear the dashboard each new trading day
The moving average settings can now be specified for each MA separately (Fast MA, Medium MA and Slow MA)
You can now specify the MA Shift for each moving average

Hi this is a great tool to have.

but it would be better if you could see the visual effects of the moving average on the screen combining with the alert.

Please tell us the MA settings so we can visually see the MAs on the chart, or add that as a feature please. It's helpful to visually see it before taking the trade.

Also, the option to watch everything on Market Watch overwhelms the computer. I think it might be better to be able to manually type on the pairs you would like it to watch. I don't trade every pair, but there are a couple of exotics I do trade.

You can specify the MA settings in the Indicator Settings:

Fast MA Period: The period for the fastest moving average of the three moving average
Medium MA Period: The period for the medium moving average of the three moving average
Slow MA Period: The period for the slowest moving average of the three moving average
Moving Average Method for Fast MA: Select the Moving Average Method for the Fast moving average
Moving Average Method for Medium MA: : Select the Moving Average Method for the Medium moving average
Moving Average Method for Slow MA: Select the Moving Average Method for the Slow moving average
Moving Average Price for Fast MA: Select the Moving Average Price for the Fast moving average
Moving Average Price for Medium MA: Select the Moving Average Price for the Medium moving average
Moving Average Price for Slow MA: Select the Moving Average Price for the Slow moving average
Fast MA Shift: Select the Moving Average Shift for the Fast moving average. This value cannot be negative!
Medium MA Shift: Select the Moving Average Shift for the Medium moving average. This value cannot be negative!
Slow MA Shift: Select the Moving Average Shift for the Slow moving average. This value cannot be negative!

You can specify what symbols you want to show in the Market Watch. The idea of the Market Watch is to only show the symbols you want to trade.

Hi,

You can install it within the MT4 terminal. Open the Market's Purchased tab of the MetaTrader 4 Terminal window. From there you can install the 3MA Scanner. Here is a link which explains it: https://www.metatrader4.com/en/market/robots-indicators

All,

The 3MA Scanner is updated. The following has been changed:
- The chart which will be opened when you click on an alert in the Dashboard, will now show a vertical line to highlight when the alert was provided by the 3MA Scanner.
- Default values are optimized for the three moving averages.
