You must allow WebRequest and add the https://api.telegram.org URL in "Tools" → "Options" → "Expert Advisors".

Telegram Bot must is member of group or admin of channel.

Attach it to one chart only.

No, the product only work with MT4.

I rent EA for testing before buying, but I would like to answer some questions:
- How do I make my study lines appear in the image? I saved the template, adjusted it in EA but still my screen does not appear as I configured.

- Regarding the message that is sent to telegram, how do I format it? I don't want to change any information, just format it.

-  No, EA will use template when send picture to telegram.

-  This is simple version and can not change format. Maybe I will upload pro version next week, it allow change format and language.
