Here is the .set file I used for the test mode screenshot, it has been run on Gold (XAUUSD) H12 chart. Please note that these settings are just for demonstration purposes of the trade closing logic and not meant to be used live. For live usage, please review the settings and adjust the thresholds to your personal requirements.

When Weekend Only is disabled, the EA monitors your positions on every tick, regardless of the day of the week. This is the default setting and works for any instrument that trades continuously, including Deriv synthetic indices.

The "Weekend Only" feature is specifically for forex markets that close on weekends - it detects the gap when markets reopen. Since synthetic indices don't have weekend gaps, you don't need that feature.
