Hello, Hiro!

My answers to your questions accordingly:

1. The signals don't repaint.

2. Signals appear just after the current bar is closed. 

3. The current version of the indicator has the sound notification only. An e-mail notification will be in the next revision if you buy it.

The alerts dont name the pair. So if I have it on more that one chart, I get notifications but dont know which pair it is alerting me for. Can you update it please?
