everyday EA asks if I would like to upload the file fibo_trader_210_20160101_.CFG

do you think I should always upload it?

the Author doesn't respond to comments but I'm persistent. I've already written my feedback and would like to know your opinion about it. I have 3 open positions without stoploss but the EA tries to close the position. why?
