hello. kindly PM me directly in Facebook so I can give you proper instruction. but here's what you can do.

1. do not use the MT5 app provided by M1 (uninstall the one you got from the app)
2. use the mt5 associated with your broker. download the mt5 directly from your broker's website
3. after done downloading, install it and log in to your mt5 account
4. access the MQL5 market and search for ZENTRAL TRADING MANAGER
5. you will find the INSTALL ON THE TERMINAL button there

On exness website it is showing for desktop mt5. No any download for mac

Have you tried messaging the EXNESS SUPPORT? try to ask for the link for their MT5 MAC version. by the way, May I know how did you purchase Zentra if you dont have the MT5 for your Mac?

Hi Dear, the indicator is good but has a little problem What points need to be set for trailing and breakeven? which helps me to secure some profits.
