Create MQH for MT4/5 to allow sending text and photo to Twitter and Facebook

Hello. I want my EA to send messages with text or photo to twitter and facebook using webrequest function of MT4 & MT5. I don't want a DLL because MQL5 VPS/Market does not allow it. I want to have the MQH source code for future updates.

I can accept two MQH files for each web platform or just one MQH that can handle all. Perhaps it is an option using the telegram.mqh as base/guide because it already includes other auxiliary functions for processing JSON and URL strings.

Following are the detailed requirements:

• A function that requires a text string and authentication info
• Allow to send text, text + photo, or photo. The Photo will be available from the folder Expert\Files of the running metatrader
• Allow to include emojis and formatted text (whenever the platform API allows this) with inline tags or basic HTML
• Required configuration, like the authentication info, will be provided from user inputs
• Not other API functionalities required like account management, read other user's postings, search or retrieve data, no direct messages, etc

I appreciate clean and readable code. Not required detailed explanations or comments within de code.
