Техническое задание

Please only apply for this job if experienced to create such a indicator dashboard. I want to create a dashboard similar to one i'm using now for FX trading. The dashboard should have ability to list as many pairs as i want or few as i want, also should be able to list as many time frames as i want or few as wanted. Also the boxes where the symbols will appear will be colored for the direction of the signal, M pattern would be red box with a black M pattern, W pattern would be Green. Up arrow would be green, down arrow red and the x symbol will be red if its at the upper band and green if at lower band. I also need to have ability to move the dashboard around anywhere on the chart and to minimize it or enlarge it. I attached a link to a video that i want to copy the concepts of how it works, mine should work very similar.
