Expert adviseor based on ParabolicAlert needed.

Hi,  (source code required) I’d like you to: 1) modify MT4  ‘ParabolicAlert’  indicator [code attached & called (a) herein],  as outlined below; 2) supply basic trading EA [with source code like EXPERTTRADER from MT4 book], called  (b),  to do the following after you MODIFY (a) by identifying precise line of code when reverse signal is generated on next line {if possible), to send, or otherwise allow (b) to be able to ‘know’ & react immediately, to every new CONFIRMED [ParabolicAlert ‘DOT’ can ‘reverse’ after drawn on chart so need to know (a) has ‘made up its mind’!] REVERSAL SIGNAL [via:- i) GV (Global Variable for client terminal); ii) iCustom or iii) other method if better] to have (b): A) CHECK signal is VALID (unknown errors?); B) check signal is NEW (not received/acted on before) ; C) signal type BUY/SELL [risk of missed signal so last signal not assumed] D) CLOSE existing order;E) VERIFY closed; F) OPEN correct new order (LOT, S/L from INPUT; on launch EA) G) VERIFY open order; E) WAIT for next signal...    

Will almost certainly wish to work with successful programmer to add to basic code once concept is working.
