Техническое задание

Create an MQL4 indicator to show Arrow up or Down.

1. twice a day at specific time and days.

2. if the cci has crossed above/below level x in any of the previous x candles.

The arrow should be above the most recent candle after the trigger. For example if time is set to 15:00 on the 30M assuming the conditions are met the arrow should be at the high of the 15:30 candle.

Buffer colour and shapes are not important.
