Техническое задание

I would like a simple indicator which would place a marking on candles which close over/under the previous candle

1- the signal is simple- if a down candle CLOSES below the low of the previous candle (a signal is placed on this candle) if a up candle closes above the high of the previous candle (a signal is placed on this candle)
2- it would have to appear on the chart rather than a separate window (a distinguishable marking below or above the candle) 
3- the indicator must work on each timeframe (so I can switch t/f and the signals would generate on that chart also)
4- it would be nice if the indicator worked on mt4 and on mt5
