Техническое задание

I want someone to help me develop a trading software that uses RSI and MA in one indicator through dragging the MA in the RSI and apply it based on the previous indicator's data  and I want to execute the trades in 5M chart while it identifies the trend from 1H though using two moving average and for the confirmation in I want it to use the ATR and ADX to put an entry level and exit level and definitely there should be true or false feature and it should scan trade opportunities from the market watch in addition to giving an option of manual trades and notification for opportunities and auto trade  and more thing there should be an option for number of trades open at a time 

(for the RSI MA the trade should happen when the 20 EMA crosses above or below the 14 RSI)
