Техническое задание

I want a programmer that can code RSI close order that monitor all opened traded from the mt4 terminal or individual pair.

Will work in this way: Example, closing order using RSI=50 parameter as per inputs.

If I opened a BUY, and the price  returned back to RSI=50 then the indicator close the order automatically. If I opened a SELL, and the price  start to returned back to RSI=50 then the indicator close the order automatically.

Note: the indicator need to have input parameter:
