Техническое задание

Hello. I need to modify an existing indicator called Xmeter.

Xmeter measures the strength and the weakness of a currency pair showing through a numeric grade from 0 up to 9.9 how strong or weak an economy is trading.

I would like to create an indicator starting from the same algorithm to plot on a sub window value of this strength as line or histogram.

Indicator features:

- An external parameter double to receive an alert when the difference between two economies is equal or higher than the parameter value

               E.G: USD is strong grade is 5 and EUR is weak grade is 2, for instance the parameter was 3, thus an alert is triggered.

- If the indicator is plotted on an pair like "EUR/USD" the indicator will show only "USD" and "EUR", if plotted on a pair like "AUD/USD" will show only "AUD" and "USD".
