📌 Description:

I’m looking for an MQL5 developer to build a dashboard scanner for MetaTrader 5 using the logic of the VoltyCloudSystem v2.0 indicator.
The layout and functionality should follow the style of the 3MA Dashboard Scanner by TrendCharts.

📄 Full technical briefing is attached (Word document), including:
