Техническое задание

I am looking for a EA programmer to create or if you already have something already done that can analyse candlestick and put an order for the next candle stick with TP, SL and or TSL... Really basic but I dont find something already done, that I know how to work with and that you can change data on it.

I want to use the hight probabily candlestick like buyer are in full control or buyer have the control type of also the same for seller.... to put an order on any time frame with any TP, SL and or TSL i want.. that's it

I want to be able to choose a fix lot, put comment, TP, SL and or TSL on any time frame and choose only buy/sell or both of them....
