Need a person to edit existing EA - This is not request for new EA.

I am looking for a programmer who is an expert in editing and adding additional requirements/functions/code to existing EA. Specifically two options. This request is not intended for the new EA. The first option involves setting a limit where the EA can liquidate all or part of the chart. The second option involves incorporating a non-traditional hedging strategy that reacts to market movements by either closing or opening new positions. Additionally, this EA should incorporate a function that accurately calculates the open and closed positions, using the final figure to liquidate a specific position on the chart. The formula should be: (Closed positions + Open positions) = zero or profit, followed by liquidation. I am also seeking a programmer to create or edit all my future EA projects. This is a relatively straightforward task for an experienced programmer and extremely difficult and complicated for the novice; please choose carefully. Thank you. :)
