Техническое задание

I bought the indicator from the mql5 market. It originally had a warning function to notify mobile phones or emails, but after using it, I found that this function did not work and no warning popped up. However, the author could not solve this problem because I did not have the source code. Now I want to make a new one based on the strategy of this product. Is it feasible?
