Modification of EA not placing orders correctly on live trading

First of all I have to overcome some trust issue as this is first time for me. It will be better next time. Its a nice experience overall and I got my money's worth.

Техническое задание

I have developed a simple grid trading EA using signal from custom indicator SSL Channel to place orders. It is working well on the strategy tester but it is not placing orders correctly in actual live trading or demo (on VPS server). The EA runs on 5 min timeframe on multiple symbols doing counter trend trading. The general trend is detected using SSL Channel period 14. Orders are to be placed everytime reversal signal is detected with SSL channel period 2. Many times it places duplicate first order of the grid and no more subsequent orders are placed eventhough there is clearly a signal to place the orders. I need somebody to modify that part of the EA that is causing the problem. Attached are the files.
