Техническое задание

I am looking for a coder with a lot of experience minimum 300 jobs. with whom I can communicate by telegram or skype or other for greater speed.
if he speaks French it's an advantage.

I have an indicator that contains 3 RSI lines, one long, one short, one medium. It generates 3 types of arrows on the indicator window

in the current time frame.
1- the long rsi generates an arrow line (red, green or white)
2- the rsi med generates an arrow line (red, green or white)
3- crossing the 3 lines generates a line in the middle of the green or red window.
current existing button called show line which displays on the graph lines generated by the crossing of the 3 RSI.

and 1 type of arrow on the graph which needs to be corrected

I want to make this indicator in multi time frame
TF = D1 H4 H1 M15 M5
each TF will be represented by 2 horizontal lines
which will display the 3 types of arrow and line defined above.
it will also be necessary to create 3 buttons by TF
to the left of the window
1- display the 2 lines of the corresponding TF.
2- display the lines of the 3 RSI corresponding to the TF
3- show the crossing lines on the graph
