Техническое задание

I want to create an EA that read the csv file.

I got the csv file that update every mins. 

File location : C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\010E047102812FC0C18890992854220E\MQL5\Files

So I want to have an EA that meet the conditions below:

     1. read the file every second to see the new signal

  1. Each row show BUY/SELL, Pair, TimeFrame. EA will create other for that pair and buy or sell.
  2. No duplicated order, mean if the order already created for this line, no created any more.
  3. I can configure the slot , TP/SL based on Timeframe, example if timeframe = M15, slot is : 0.1, TP: 200, ST: 200
  4. The comment format is [pair] [ timeframe].
