Техническое задание

I want to create an EA that can open positions based on Trend Following, if the trend is down, open sell, if the trend is up, open buy, once profit hits, close order both buy and sell together ( profit buy > minus sell, depend on target pips, then close order, vice versa, if profit sell > minus buy, depend on target pips the close all order ), we can set the open positions distance, set fix lot, the max lot, and the max quantity of positions, set the target profit, we can set trading hours, if you can create it, send your applications
