Техническое задание

Need an experienced developer to build a scanner for the Quasimodo Pattern. It's a 5 leg pattern with the 5th leg retesting the zone drawn around the entire candle body and wick of the last candle which formed the 1st leg. The indicator should scan for both Bullish and Bearish Qausimodo patterns. The pattern has a resemblance to the regular Head and Shoulder pattern, the Left shoulder's price action retests of the Right shoulder is what differentiate the Quasimodo from the regular Head and Shoulder pattern.
Scanner should be able to scan multi timeframes and multi currencies and create alert whenever a pattern is completed based on rules.
