Техническое задание

Hello,

I have a EA that works based on a custom indicator. I need to add a new function to my EA that will limit the number of traders that it will take on a single day. 

Now, it will trade based on the number of signals that it will get, I need it to read the date and if the number of traders that I have set has been reached it should not open any more trades in that day.

I need to be able to select the number of traders from 0 to 9999 and also a true/false tab for using the function.

Please leave all the other settings as they are.
