Техническое задание

I want a developer who can design a candle breakout EA for me please if you know you are not good in EA development don't waste my time because I will report you and I will test before releasing payment so please read the description well before applying. Now this is a breakout system based on individual timeframes candle breakout not just the daily breakout. For example in a 4hr timeframe a candle breakout from the previous candle either from the high or from the low the EA will take a buy or sell trade immediately no pending orders. It should work this way on other time frames too. If a candlestick breaks out of the high of a previous candlestick and it takes a buy trade if the candlestick comes back to break the low of the previous candle it should take a sell trade and close the previous buy trade. Also if a candle is ended it should close the trade whether buy or sell. money management settings included. Breakeven included.
