Create round number scanner/screener

I would like a screener/scanner that will let me know when a pair (all major pairs) is touching or close to round numbers ending with 00 or 50. I would like it to be similar to the indicator I have attached which is used to indicate when price is touching or close to a pivot level. I would like it to be exactly like the attached indicator in terms of hour the data should be presented on the screen and how alerts are set up as well so a sound goes off when price touches or get close to 00 or 50 level.
