Техническое задание


Use Williams’s Percentage Range indicator and Candlestick Chart to write a simple wpr and ca program for me.

However, at the diagram, if %R goes up, find the last low bar candlestick value of market condition at the chart area when %R cable rise, also do same if %R goes down, find the last high bar candlestick value of market condition at the chart area when %R cable declined.In that order.

Note:

1. Do simple minus arithmetic on the last low bar and last bar high of candlestick value gotten. 
2. Present that read data into a panel. 
3. Allow an automatic two past read data history report anytime it is attached to chart.
4. Allow limitless past history if user deem it wise to access. 
5. Create a report to excel format. 
6. Compactable to all symbols.
7. Compactable to all timeframe.
8. Update panel as newer data unfold based on market condition. Always show split timer data kind of the previous and the anticipated newer data even before %R gets to the overbought or oversold region. 
9. Proficient mouse scroll. 
10. Compactable to stay with other indicator at the chart area. 
11. Do not speed low the system when attaché at the chart. 
12. Clear all data if window is exit. 
13. Make %R cable 200 and overbought 0 to -20 and oversold -80 to -100 a default.
14. Allow user to adjust program settings. 
15. Keep Update of the last bar high value of the catch candlestick point no-matter how long it took the %R cable to drop from top to bottom.
16. Make %R invisible at the mt4 window.  Only panel data is to be seen at the window.
