Техническое задание

SPECIFICATION:

I would like an expert advisor that opens a buy positions when price crosses and closes above exponential moving average and closes when price crosses and closes below the exponential moving average. Vice versa regarding opening and closing positions. However, I do not want the expert advisor to open position during consolidation. Which means every position must result in massive profit.
