Debugging of an MT4 EA not enforcing Hidden SL

I'm looking for a neat EA coder with good experience and not busy to help debug my EA.

The EA is working, in terms of all other functions, but needs to be enhanced with the following points:

1) I would like the code to be written in a neat way with comments

2) The Hidden SL. The EA keeps the SL in memory and sometimes will not activate the SL as required. The EA already has an option to have Hidden or Visible SL, but it is not working properly because of the memory rule

3) The EA sometimes has an Error code 131 which I don't understand, but I suspect that the EA fails to cap the trade sizes based on a defined cap of 99 Lots.  When the EA gives an error code (I think its 131) , it stops entering new trades. This only happens when it approaches 99 Lots

4) I would like to add additional entry rule based on Stochastics range For Buy = (Stochastics(14)[0] > 20 & (Stochastics(14)[0] <= 30) For Sell = = (Stochastics(14)[0] => 70 & (Stochastics(14)[0] < 80)
