I want a custom indicator converted to an EA

I'm looking for a developer to convert my existing indicator into an Expert advisor....all that I need is for the developer to code my E.A into the following conditions.  1. Once the indicator generates a buy signal by displaying a green dote on the chart  the E.A should buy at market price and also if the indicator generates a sell signal by displaying a red dote on the chart the E.A should sell at market price .2 Closing and opening of positions : let's say the indicator generates a buy signal by displaying a green dote on the chart then after say 5 minutes or 7 hours the indicator generates a sell signal what the E.A should do is first close the buy signal before opening the new sell order ( in short if the E.A opens a buy order the only thing that can close that signal is the generation of a sell order on the chart ... I.e the E.A closes orders if opposite signal is generated..   3. Risk management : (a) if the E.A generates a buy signal by displaying the green dote the E.A can only close that order if the initial greendote disappears from the chart or the E.A detects another opposite sell signal generation ( thou this indicator rarely repaints signals ) and also if the E.A had generated a sell signal and the indicator generates a red dote on the chart the only thing that can close that trade is if the red dote disappears from the chart or the E.A generates an opposite buy signal this will be for both buys and sells ( the above is to minimise risk in case of repaintings .4. The developer should create an input for me to specify any lot size I want to use on the market of range (0.01 to 100) .....  5. The developer should also create me an input to specify the maximum drawdown loss in amount (USD) to  close down all the trades on the account once the maximum drawdown is reached in amounts( USD)  the E.A should close down all trades.... And will only trade once I reattach the E.A on the charts again ( just like restarting )
