Retracement Detector and notifications (on Heikin Ashi candles)

I need an indicator that gives as notification when a retracement appears, also there it needs to give the value of the retracement in pips witch I will explain in more detail later in the general rules:

General rules 

Sell: 

-12 EMA < 36 EMA (adaptable) (a filter for long or short trades)

-(3) or more closed bullish (number should be adaptable) 

-Signal appears emailmessage 

-Measurement of the retracement in pips the highest point of the last closed ha candles-lowest point of the last bearish ha candle in pips. (Highest point last bullish candle-Lowest point last bearish candle)

-Signal should be re-appearing, so when another bullish retracement candle closes a new signal should be sended with the new values in pips. (same lowest point, but probably a new higher point so a higher numbers in pips)

Alert message email body EURAUD 1H: Retracement for SELL is detected (70 pips). (This means currency pair, timeframe, Message,value in pips)

Example

The vertical line the last bearish candle, the red arrow is the first point were a signal should be trigger, because 3 ha candles are closed bullish.
