Техническое задание

Hello Guys,

I have a EA that works based on a custum indicator and a MA. It should have a limitation that says to only buy above the MA, within a predefined range of pips and the oposite for sell. I have a parameter that defines the range of pips that is accetable for the signal to be considered as valid, that is not working. Also I have 3 trading time parameters that are not working.

I need to fix the EA and make it only triger trades within the predefined range of pips away from the MA and also I need the time settings to work.
