Converting MQL4 Indicator to MQL5

Hi.

I want to convert  mql4 indicator to mql5 indicator and add multi time frame menu for some indicator. There are 4 indicators want to convert only and 3 indicators convert & add multitime frame menu. i willing to pay 10$/File

you can quote me if you have some experience. I hope that the job will be finished asap. and possible longer co-operation.
