Техническое задание

Hello

I would like to have a dashboard that advises me when a currency pair or stock is above or under a specific EMA.

I need to see the 1hr, 4hr and daily status either in green for above a certain EMA or red if they're all under.

With a text alert on my cell phone. When they go all one color or when they change back to 2 colors.

See attached and let me know if everything can be done or thoughts on a better way to do it.
