Техническое задание

I have an existing EA that needs a news filter program filtered into it from Forexfactory.com. When it's alerted by news, I need you to program in a setting that will shut off the software based on X amount of time. For example giving me the option to have the software turn off 30 mins to 120 mins before news and turned back on 30 mins to 120 mins after news. I also need the option setting to reflect based off of all 3 types of  major news event. Thank you
