i have solved the payment problem and have purchased an EA    "..." but I can NOT download it on my mt4

Make sure you login to Community tab in Metatraderwith your forum login/pass (your login is harves and not your email).
And make sure that you have the latest version of Internet Explorer (IE) installed on your computer (Market tab in Metatrader is using IE latest version; I am having the version 11 for example).
