Modification of existing EA

I have an EA (limited Grid up to 2 level) that has 2 Options for entries with various trade management.  One option is initiate trade cycle by Indicator (all built-in to the code) -- which is working and no fix for this is needed.

However, 2nd entry option (Entry by time period breakout - similar to london breakout) does not work as intended.   In this project, I want someone to check the code and link this option to work like the other entry.  

I will provide original EA with detail description/instruction for what I am looking for in this project.   Once coder can run visual backtest with entry option by indicator and he/she will understand how EA should run.  Once coder understand how it runs, this project should be very easy to do. Experienced coders wouldn't take too long for the job. 

Request for this job:

1) checking the code and make 2nd entry option (bar TF range option) to work same way as choosing indicator's option. 

2) checking the code on all EA's settings to make sure there isn't any issues running.

3) On closing, I want FIFO rules to be in place, so when CloseAll, I need FIFO code to replace current code. -- I can provide the code if necessary.
